Commuter's Best Friend
I have used this bag for one year on my year round 5 mile (25 minute) commute in Madison, WI. It has lasted through all weather conditions from snow, sleet, and downpours. In very heavy rain, the rain will soak through the rain cover, but the interior of the bag is made of the same waterproof material, so clothes, cellphones, remain protected. It's stylish enough for hauling a laptop to office meetings.
Fantastic bag! I don't like wearing backpacks while biking, this bag looks really great on and off the bike, it's very roomy and I love the laptop sleeve. This is my 'work' bag I use most often while commuting. I love the built-in rainfly and the bag is very well constructed, it appears to be built to last a good long time. Up front the cost is a bit high but after seeing the quality I can see it was worth the purchase.
Nice Bag, Almost Worked
This is a nice bag for commuting, but it just wasn't big enough for me. I typically carry a laptop, law books, and a number of items in my backpack. Perhaps it was the shape. I think for the average person commuting to work this would be great. I liked that it had a laptop sleeve rather than a strap, but I would still keep my laptop it its own padded sleeve as well.
I love this orange poppy bag. Cute, large and expandable, easy to use, and incredibly visible. Love the shoulder strap! Plus, I get lots of compliments!
Great bag, bright, fun. I do wish the bag would close more securely than with a magnet, but that's really the only complaint.
